superfoods to the rescue!

By now you’ve probably heard about the nine superfoods. If you read goop, you got an email in your inbox last week with a list of the foods and some recipes to make them. I’m doing the traditional short-lived New Year’s health kick, so I thought I’d follow suit and add my own superfoods recipes into the mix.

Avocado Egg Sandwich1) Avocado

2) Beans

Blueberry Cobbler
3) Blueberries

4) Cruciferous Veggies

Eggs in a Nest
5) Leafy Greens

6) Walnuts

7) Wild Salmon

Avocado Nutella
8) Chocolate

9) Chia Seeds

I haven’t actually shared a chia seed recipe before, but if you Google “chia seed pudding,” you’ll come up with a thousand recipes, all of which sound simple if you have chia seeds, which you can buy at health food stores or over the web.
